Dispute Resolution Specialist

This role is responsible for leading the resolution of high-value or complex disputes. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting deep-dive analyses, developing SOPs, and liaising with legal and compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough financial impact assessments on dispute drivers.
- Refine business processes to optimize dispute resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve sensitive cases.
- Implement automation initiatives to streamline dispute tracking and resolution.
- Mentor junior team members and conduct quality reviews.
- Represent the dispute team in meetings and stakeholder interactions.
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to handle escalations.
- Develop advanced reporting metrics to track dispute trends.
- Lead project initiatives to reduce dispute cycle time.
- Navigate regulatory frameworks and ensure compliance expertise.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Utilize ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for dispute tracking and management.
- Support change management efforts by implementing new policies and tools.

- Proven experience in dispute resolution and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
