Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating innovative compensation strategies and delivering exceptional benefits solutions.

As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation structures that align with market trends and client needs. You will also work closely with our People, Organization and Culture team to develop effective benefits programs that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

This role requires a strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You must be able to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, both written and verbally.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a compensation role, preferably with a mix of consulting and field C&B experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Total Rewards design principles and their application.
  • Familiarity with one or more leading Job Evaluation frameworks.
  • Experience in conducting annual compensation cycles and engaging with benefits vendors.
  • High proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data and insights.
