Job Title: Oracle Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Implementation Specialist to join our team.

This role will involve leading and supporting the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation, conducting requirement workshops, mapping business processes, identifying as-is vs. to-be processes, and designing optimized solutions.

You will also be responsible for building and reviewing functional design documents, enhancements, reports, and integrations, configuring scenarios, and delivering real business impact.

A key aspect of this role is collaboration with cross-functional teams on full lifecycle projects, ensuring seamless execution and successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  1. 8–12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Functional, with deep expertise in Compensation (Functional SME level)
  2. Strong understanding of business processes and compensation summary
  3. Proven experience in full-cycle implementation projects
  4. Ability to manage both small and large teams effectively
