As a seasoned professional in compensation and benefits, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's overall HR and organizational philosophy.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in designing compensation structures, determining appropriate salary levels, and managing annual salary revision exercises through surveys and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive compensation programs
  • Collaborating with project teams to drive compensation and best-in-class benefits practices
  • Performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis of key market indicators and interlocking with stakeholders to support actionable insights
  • Maintaining enterprise-level focus on compensation management activities while understanding unique characteristics of state entities

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving strategic initiatives to enhance compensation and benefits practices
  • Conducting research and analysis to develop compensation structures and policies
  • Providing guidance and education to senior leaders and managers on compensation philosophy, policies, and structures
Requirements:
  • 10-12 years of experience in compensation and benefits
  • Experienced graduate in any discipline or MBA finance/HR
  • Prior experience in people leadership with expertise in benefits portfolio management
  • Deep expertise in budgeting, vendor assessment, data requirement gathering, project management, and process design/governance
  • Strong network of peers in competitor organizations
  • Awareness of market landscape and practices specifically in health and mental wellbeing
  • Strong presentation skills and communication are desirable
  • Able to handle large size data in Excel
  • Must be able to conduct self in a professional manner in dealing with highly sensitive information
  • Time management and analytical skills
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to establish a plan, define objectives, set deliverables/timelines, and implement quality standards
