Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our organization and gain hands-on experience across various HR functions. This internship provides a fantastic opportunity to work closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs), including Recruitment, HR Operations, Learning & Development (L&D), and Compensation & Benefits (C&B).
We are looking for an individual who is eager to make an impact and contribute to a dynamic HR environment. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including HR analytics, SOP creation, compensation & benefits analysis, and learning & development.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Analytics: Assist in gathering, analysing, and interpreting HR data to provide actionable insights. Support the creation of reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics.
- Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Creation: Develop and document SOPs for HR processes to ensure efficiency and consistency. Collaborate with HR teams to standardize workflows.
- Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Analysis: Conduct benchmarking studies and analyze compensation data. Provide support in evaluating employee benefits and drafting recommendations.
- Learning & Development (L&D): Contribute to the design and execution of L&D programs. Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and gathering feedback.
- Collaboration with COEs: Partner with Recruitment teams to support hiring initiatives. Provide assistance in HR Operations, including employee data management and compliance tracking. Engage with L&D and C&B teams on cross-functional projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
