Compensation Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned compensation strategist to lead our total rewards strategy and implement a global compensation framework that drives competitiveness, equity, and fairness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a comprehensive compensation strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Establish a standardized global compensation framework and benchmarking process.
  • Develop job architecture models to ensure consistent and equitable job classifications.
  • Conduct global compensation surveys, cost modeling, and market analysis.
  • Administer and manage global benefits programs.
  • Provide analytical support for compensation planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to evaluate compensation solutions.
  • Develop and maintain compensation-related reports and dashboards.
  • Communicate total rewards programs to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international compensation regulations.
  • Manage a team of Total Rewards professionals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in a senior Total Rewards or Compensation and Benefits leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in establishing a global compensation framework.
  • In-depth experience with compensation benchmarking, STIPs, LTIPs, and executive compensation practices.
  • Strong background in global benefits administration.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including data modeling and advanced Excel functions.
  • Expertise in creating and presenting high-level PowerPoint presentations.
  • Experience in developing compensation surveys and costing models.
  • Excellent understanding of market trends in compensation and benefits.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and mentor a team.
  • Familiarity with global compensation regulations.
