About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR leader to join our team as Vice President. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of people strategy that drives business growth.

You will work closely with senior leaders to translate business goals into actionable plans and lead cross-functional global initiatives. Your expertise in AI-powered people transformation, talent management, and compensation and benefits will be invaluable in shaping our future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic People Planning: Develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • AI-Powered Transformation: Implement AI and automation platforms to digitize HR processes.
  • Talent Management: Lead annual HR cycles, including goal setting, performance, compensation, and benefits.
  • Culture and DEI: Launch culture audit and performance-focused culture operating system.
  • Compensation and Benchmarking: Develop and implement global C&B strategy and benchmarking initiatives.

Functional KPIs:

  • Develop and execute people strategies that drive 20-25% improvement in employee engagement and internal mobility metrics.
  • Implement AI-powered people transformation that reduces manual HR workflows by 40-50%.
  • Leverage data analytics to inform people decisions and drive business outcomes.

Strategic KPIs:

  • Develop and deliver an AI-first HR digitization roadmap within the first 90 days.
  • Drive HR cost efficiency through automation, targeting a 30% improvement in manual process.
  • Increase succession-ready internal candidates for CXO-1 roles by 2x.

Education & Work Experience:

  • 15-18 years of progressive HR leadership experience with exposure to global people operations.
  • At least 5+ years in a strategic HR leadership role in high-growth global SaaS or digital-first companies.
  • Demonstrated success in leading HR digitization, C&B, succession planning, culture transformation.
  • Experience in scaling global programs and working closely with CXOs & Business Leaders.
