Senior Financial Consolidation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Consolidation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in financial consolidation processes and a strong understanding of Oracle FCCS implementation and support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting Oracle FCCS applications while working closely with finance stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely consolidation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle FCCS for financial consolidation and reporting.
  • Develop and manage cube views, dashboards, and reports for business users.
  • Integrate and manage SmartView for ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with finance and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and business rules within FCCS.
  • Assist in requirement gathering, design, and basic configuration for Tagetik-based consolidation solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle FCCS implementation and support.
  • Solid understanding of consolidation processes, intercompany eliminations, and financial reporting.
  • Experience working with Cube Views, Dashboards, and SmartView.
  • Knowledge of metadata management, data loads, and reconciliation processes.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Openness to learn and work on other consolidation tools (e.g., Tagetik).
