Job Title: Oracle EPM FCCS Principal

About the Role

This is a high-level technical position responsible for the design and development of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS). The successful candidate will collaborate with various technical experts within our organization to implement technologies within our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system.

The role involves providing best-fit architectural solutions for new initiatives, assisting in defining scope and sizing of work, and anchoring Proof of Concept developments. This position will also provide solution architecture for business problems, platform integration with third-party services, designing and developing complex features for clients' business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Function as applications design architect/Lead for Oracle FCCS
  • Application Design point of contact for FCCS Analyst Teams
  • Provide Solutions to existing Architecture Design on the current system
  • Collaborate effectively with other groups

What You'll Bring

We are looking for an individual with 8+ years of EPM experience, strong application development process skills, and good knowledge on consolidation processes. Experience in requirement gathering and solution design is also essential. A sound understanding of income statement, balance sheet, different methods of consolidation, and their calculations and disclosure in financial statements is desirable.

A strong functional knowledge of finance/accounting and general ledger/sub-ledgers is required. Sound knowledge of financial reports and SmartView Reports is also necessary. Good communication skills and travel readiness are essential for this role.
