Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation & Configuration: Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
  • Functional Consulting: Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders, perform fit-gap analysis, and design functional solutions.
  • Testing & Deployment: Develop and execute test scripts for different phases and support production cutover and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Data Migration & Integration: Define financial data migration strategies, collaborate with technical teams for integrations using various tools.
  • Training & Documentation: Conduct user training, prepare user manuals, provide ongoing support, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams, participate in design reviews, and solution validation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in Oracle ERP Financials, with 2–3 years in Fusion Cloud.
  • Minimum one full-cycle Fusion Financials implementation.
  • Experience in industries like manufacturing, retail, banking, or public sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT.
  • Professional certifications like Oracle Cloud Financials, CA, CMA, or MBA Finance.
