Oracle Payroll Expert

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Consultant specializing in Payroll to lead or participate in Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations from requirement gathering to go-live.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Implement and configure payroll module, tailoring solutions to client requirements.
    • Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client needs.
    • Provide post-go-live support and optimize solutions for enhanced efficiency.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless Payroll operations and compliance.
  • Ideal Candidate:
    • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with expertise in Payroll.
    • Completed at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations.
    • Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas.
    • Analytical skills to resolve complex challenges efficiently.
    • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills.
    • Willingness to travel onsite for long-term projects as needed.
