Senior Oracle EPCM Solutions Architect

We are seeking an accomplished Oracle EPCM technical professional to fill this challenging position. This is a hands-on role that requires strong implementation and development experience in Essbase, PCMCS/EPCM, and PBCS.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 10 years of relevant experience and be willing to learn new technologies and work under stringent timelines.

• Design and configure Oracle EPCM modules, including configuration, data management, and reporting
• Configure and customize EPCM modules, including defining cost drivers, allocation rules, and reporting structures
• Provide in-depth technical knowledge of Oracle EPCM, including its features, functionalities, and integration capabilities with other Oracle Cloud modules
• Manage data mappings, validations, and transformations within EPCM and integrate it with other systems
• Ensure that the EPCM solution aligns with the organization's business processes and objectives
• Expert in implementing Oracle PCM/EPCM, including designing allocation rules, building custom rules, and fine-tuning for performance
• Work on direct integration to ERP GL and other EPM applications using Data Management
• Good understanding of audit trail and balancing reports for allocations
• Implemented projects with Oracle PCM and developed artifacts, including metadata creation, setting up rules, designing web forms and data grids, creating reports and dashboards
• Understanding of financial statements, close cycle, and related best practices
• Experience creating consolidated financial statements for customers
• Responsible for understanding project plans, timelines, regular status reports, risk, and issue logs, and working with the appropriate teams to ensure delivery
• As a subject matter expert, employ independent judgment in guiding moderately complex activities involved in successful implementation of business solutions

• MBA Finance or Bachelor's Degree level qualification in computer or IT related subject; finance background also applicable
• Overall 10+ years EPM/PCM experience in administration, design, analysis, development, and support of applications in various domains and products related to EPM and PCM
• Experience in PCM with strong application development process experience on Hyperion EPM Product Suite
• Strong experience in PBCS Business rules - Design, Development, and performance tuning
• Experience in metadata integration with EDMCS and custom files for EPM modules - PBCS & PCMCS
• Experience in designing and coding batch processes using epmautomate tool for EPM modules - PBCS & PCMCS
• Experience in Requirement Gathering & Solution Design - PCM
• Hands on experience in configuration of rules and rulesets in PCM
• Hands on experience of administrative activities related to PCM
• Data management skills to create data load rules, mappings, and loading of data
• Desired functional knowledge (Understanding of Chart of Accounts and allocations process)
• Must be able to work independently to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues prior to their occurrence
• Strong skills across MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Office, and other collaboration and unified communication tools
• Should be open to adopt new technologies
• Must have excellent experience in Oracle EPM applications. Good to have prior Finance modules experience
• Good knowledge of ITIL concepts (Incident / Problem / Change / Availability Management)
• Should be flexible to work for long hours overlapping with EST, CST, and PST working hours
• Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills
