Senior Payroll Specialist Job Description

As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting timesheet data and payroll information, entering data into administrative databases and software programs. You will calculate wages, benefits, tax deductions and commissions, prepare and process paychecks and cash deposits, maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions, respond to payroll related inquiries and resolve concerns, perform payroll reconciliations, and prepare financial reports for accounting purposes.

  • Key Responsibilities include:
    • Performing complex payroll calculations including termination payments and e-TDS filing.
    • Managing year-end activities.
    • Preparing periodic payroll reports for review.

Required Skills and Qualifications include:

  • 4-6 years experience with a bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Good communication skills (oral & written).

  • Proficiency with payroll software.
  • Reliability and honesty.
  • Ability to work based on shift timings.
  • Multi-country payroll and taxation knowledge.
