Job Overview
Talent Corner is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team in Bengaluru, South India.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of increasing market penetration and achieving revenue targets in a similar role. They will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in the assigned areas.
Main Responsibilities
- Increase market penetration in all segments (institutions, ENT hospitals, medical colleges, and hearing aid centers) in the assigned areas to achieve revenue, profitability, and expense targets.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Travel within the assigned areas to meet with customers, prospects, and partners as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in selling, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess a graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or a related field.
