Customer Success Manager | Business Growth Specialist

Twixor is a fast-growing B2B startup in the AI/ML/NLP/Chatbots space, seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to drive customer success and growth.
We are looking for a mid- to senior-level professional with 3+ years of experience in customer success roles, preferably with B2B enterprise software SaaS. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer success metrics and be comfortable with technology, giving product demos.
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for establishing trusted advisor relationships with customers, owning the value roadmap, and driving adoption of our platform. This includes collaborating on onboarding, product implementations, and adoption plans, as well as providing continuous feedback and new feature requests to our product engineering teams.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be proficient in driving solution and use case development with clients, have experience working with cross-functional teams, and be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and orally.
We offer a competitive salary of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance and retirement planning. If you are passionate about helping companies grow and thrive in the digital age, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of customer success roles with B2B enterprise software SaaS
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
- Proficient in driving solution and use case development with clients
- Comfortable with technology, giving product demos
- Desire to innovate and strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, in writing and orally
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of customer success metrics
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience working with growth stage companies in B2B SaaS/Messaging
- Exposure to low-code technology platforms, in industries like Banking, Healthcare, Retail, and others
