Curefit, the house of cult, is India's largest fitness company. Founded in 2016 by industry veterans, our mission is to make fitness fun, easy and accessible. We offer a comprehensive range of services through two brands: cult.fit, which provides group workouts, online classes, sports facilities, and personalized solutions; and cult.sport, which simplifies health and well-being with innovative products tailored for everyday athletes.
Our goal at Curefit is to provide the ultimate workout experience. To achieve this, we are expanding our reach by aggregating the best gyms across the country through Cult Pass. This platform offers a multitude of fitness options, operated by third-party partners, aiming to grow to over 1000 centers across major cities in India within the next two years.
We are looking for a Senior Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous business development experience and a knack for data analysis. They should also be comfortable traveling frequently across cities. With a strong background in sales or marketing, the successful candidate will have around 3-5 years of work experience.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Identifying potential gym partners through mystery visits and evaluating them based on an audit score
- Creating a list of target gyms post-visit and preparing business cases for negotiation
- Collecting essential documents from partners for onboarding and coordinating with internal teams
- Onboarding new gyms to our platform and managing existing partner relationships
- Oversight of business tie-ups and developing strategies to drive growth for both partners and Curefit
Apart from a competitive salary (estimated $75,000 - $90,000 per year), the successful candidate can expect a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic and innovative environment.
