Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding and ongoing success for top enterprise accounts
  • Solve problems quickly, anticipating customer needs before they arise
  • Influence product development through actionable customer insights
  • Track key performance indicators like health, adoption, renewals, and upsell signals
  • Collaborate with Sales/Marketing for expansion plays
  • Bullish build-out of CS processes, content, and playbooks from scratch
