
Sales and Customer Success Trainer

At the heart of our organization lies a need for exceptional individuals to spearhead training initiatives. As a key player in this endeavor, you will develop comprehensive programs and materials for sales and customer success teams.
Responsibilities:
- Create training content, including cheat sheets, videos, and manuals, to facilitate knowledge acquisition among team members.
- Design a 'Hose Finder' and 'Hose Assembly Code Finder' tool to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and update cheat sheets for hose fittings, chemical resistance charts, and conversion tables to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Conduct training sessions on various topics, ensuring that team members possess the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Learning Management System (LMS) Optimization: Regularly assess and suggest improvements to optimize the LMS's effectiveness.
- Training Delivery: Provide high-quality training sessions via the LMS.
- Process Improvement: Define parameters to analyze past customer history and incorporate findings into training programs.
- Collaboration and Feedback: Work with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and gaps, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
