  • Job Summary:

  • Provide expert guidance on CRM usage, training users, and enforcing best practices to ensure optimal results.
  • Collaborate with leadership to build dashboards and reports that provide valuable insights into pipeline performance and retention metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM administration/management (HubSpot strongly preferred)
  • In-depth understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for data and details
  • Experience managing integrations, APIs, and third-party tools
  • Clear communication and coaching abilities for effective team training
