Technical Solutions Expert

We are seeking a skilled and customer-centric professional to fill the role of Technical Solutions Expert at our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, ensuring their smooth operation of our software and solving any technical issues that may arise.

As a key member of our Implementation and Professional Services team, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure satisfaction with our products and services. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, 2+ years of experience in a professional services position, and a thorough understanding of storage hardware and software, Windows, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and other relevant technologies. Proficiency in creating complex reports and dashboards using Kibana, Tableau, PowerBI, and experience with network setup and routing will also be beneficial.

Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining customer goals, implementing our software, operating and using our software in customers' environments, developing custom reports, integrating our software with other applications and processes, assisting customers with technical issues, and advocating for the customer by providing feedback into relevant teams within our organization.
