Technical Consultant Role

As a technical consultant, you will work closely with customers to build a comprehensive understanding of their business and functional needs.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who have good skills in technology concepts, likes analysis, reading data patterns, and wants to apply analytical skills. You should be able to communicate effectively in writing and have the ability to understand technology concepts by reading technical documents.

The ideal candidate will have an ideal mix of qualities such as being quick on the uptake, creative thinker, problem solver, and perseverant. They should be able to grasp new concepts and technologies across various domains and adapt quickly to changing situations.

Key responsibilities include working closely with customers to propose customized solutions based on technical expertise, advising and supporting sales teams in the sale of services, building close working relations with customers, and collaborating with Sales/ Marketing teams to design targeted strategies.

  • Work closely with customers (Patent Attorneys/ IP Counsels) and build a comprehensive understanding of customers' business and functional needs.
  • Through secondary research and business insights, advise and support the sales team in the sale of IP services.
  • Build close working relations with customers so that you are the 'go-to person for solving their problems.'
  • Collaborate with Sales/ Marketing teams to design and implement targeted Sales/ Marketing strategies.
