Technical Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our products.

  • Inverter installation, maintenance training, and troubleshooting;
  • Providing expert advice via phone calls and email support;
  • Remote or on-site inverter repair, replacement, and defect analysis;
  • Capturing after-sales support case data and reporting to leaders;
  • Collaborating with other teams as assigned by the leader.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics and Electrical Engineering or related fields;
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the solar industry, preferably with a self-motivated and energetic approach;
  • Ability to travel extensively (50% or more) per year;
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent English language proficiency.
