Sales Position


We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team as a Field Sales Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding new customers in assigned territories, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth.


Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and increase revenue
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and overcome objections
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Manage sales pipeline, including forecasting, reporting, and analysis
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

Requirements:



  • 10+2 / Diploma (Full time)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Familiarity with local territory and ability to travel extensively
  • Digital savvy and proficient in using CRM software
  • Result-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
