Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate investment strategies and be able to provide expert advice on property investments aligned with their portfolio goals. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, conducting market research and competitor analysis, and driving the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales: Identify and engage with high-net-worth individuals and investors to promote premium real estate projects.
  • Act as a financial and investment consultant advising clients on property investments aligned with their portfolio goals.
  • Build and manage long-term client relationships ensuring repeat and referral business.
  • Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to provide clients with accurate investment insights.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation, property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and deal closure.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales.
  • Understanding: Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
