Financial Planning Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished financial planning professional with a proven track record in relationship management to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients.

About the Role:
  • This role will leverage your financial planning expertise and relationship-building skills to design and implement tailored financial plans, manage client portfolios, and foster long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with affluent/high-net-worth clients.
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs, address concerns, and provide personalized advice.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships, cross-sell services, and generate referrals.
Financial Planning:
  • Conduct in-depth financial assessments for clients, including cash flow analysis, investment planning, tax optimization, retirement planning, and estate planning.
  • Develop and present comprehensive financial plans tailored to clients' goals, risk tolerance, and financial circumstances.
  • Monitor and review financial plans regularly, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Optimize portfolios for tax efficiency and long-term growth, adhering to regulatory guidelines.
Business Development:
  • Leverage existing networks and relationship-building skills to acquire new clients and expand assets under management (AUM).
  • Represent the firm at industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification from FPSB India or an equivalent recognized body.
  • Addional certifications such as CFA or NISM are a plus.
Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of total experience in financial planning and wealth management in India.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience as a Relationship Manager in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory services.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-net-worth client relationships and growing AUM.
