Senior Manager Financial Reporting Job Summary

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of the organization's financial statements and ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and high attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation of the organization's financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards (e.g., Ind AS, IFRS).
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
  • Prepare and analyze management reports.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate risk and ensure compliance.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
  • Leverage technology to streamline processes and improve data quality.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with senior management, board members, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide clear and concise financial information.
  • Address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • CA qualification with 8+ years of experience in Financial Reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
