About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting and consolidation. This position will directly report to the Finance Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards (Standalone and Consolidated IFRS).
  • Meeting strict deadlines for consolidation as per headquarter timelines.
  • Ensuring accurate reconciliation for related party balance confirmation and elimination for consolidation purposes.
  • Leading the completion of quarterly and annual statutory audit activities on time.
  • Preparing reports and analyzing all financial metrics for plans.
  • Ensuring new accounting pronouncements are correctly applied across entities within the company.
  • Developing various Management reports. Providing insightful analysis of monthly P&L, B/S, Cash flow to Finance Controller and CFO.
  • Implementing digital financial MIS solutions and driving process improvements within a corporate finance environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a multinational corporation or similar experience with a top-rated audit firm.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance.
  • Experience with GAAP and IFRS standards.
