Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Business Development Associate to drive client acquisition in the US financial services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound prospecting, managing a sales pipeline, and nurturing leads to offer services such as accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and taxation.

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role within the financial services sector.
  • Expertise in client prospecting, lead generation, and sales pipeline management for professional services.
  • Deep understanding of core accounting principles, including U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and common tax compliance and auditing standards preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers by leveraging financial expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate new client relationships and serve as a subject matter expert to close deals.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and provide initial financial consultations to potential clients.
  • Engage with business owners and senior executives to serve as a consultative financial partner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA in Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with sales quota attainment, ongoing relationship management, and a can-do mentality required in an early-stage channel of the organization.
  • In-depth industry knowledge and the ability to propose potential external partnerships.
