  • Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute product strategies aligned with our mission to drive business growth and customer satisfaction, setting a clear vision for the platform's evolution.">
  • Market & Customer Insights: Conduct in-depth market research and user analysis to understand SMB needs, trends, and competition, transforming insights into impactful product decisions.">
  • Road-map Planning: Define and manage the product road-map, prioritize features, and maintain the product backlog, aligning decisions with customer feedback, market shifts, and business priorities.">
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to gather and prioritize detailed product requirements, aligning with business and customer goals.">
  • Product Development & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, QA) to deliver high-quality products on schedule, ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies and resource efficiency.">
  • Go-to-Market & Product Launches: Plan and execute successful product launches, including go-to-market strategy, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement activities for maximum impact and customer engagement.">
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track product performance metrics, analyze usage data, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.">
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate strong communication and collaboration across departments to ensure alignment on product vision, goals, and priorities.">
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate product vision, strategy, and road-map to internal teams, partners, and customers, driving engagement and alignment across the board.">
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the product life-cycle to ensure successful outcomes and customer satisfaction.">

  • Experience: 5+ Years: Proven track record of successfully managing B2B products or platforms, with a focus on marketplaces or e-commerce in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Cross-Functional Experience: Hands-on experience working with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to execute on product vision.">
  • Technical Expertise: Agile Methodologies: Proficiency with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and tools like Jira to manage workflows and sprints.">
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and customer insights into actionable product improvements.">
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Ability to conduct in-depth market research, assess competitive landscape, and identify emerging trends in the B2B and e-commerce space.">
