Senior Franchise Business Development Manager

Drive our franchise business forward by working closely with commercial teams to identify opportunities and close deals. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving sustainable growth for our business, customers, and brands.

We utilize digital capabilities and analytics to inform our business strategy and create capacity to invest in the future. Our team is diverse, and no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with commercial teams to drive franchise business and liaise with franchise partners to close commercial arrangements in a timely manner.
  • Support contract execution, updates, and renewals in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Enable accurate invoicing and billing while ensuring timely payment collection from partners.
  • Cross-verify royalty calculations and other commercial terms in line with contracts.
  • Support in validating partner-reported data and highlight discrepancies.
  • Act as a query response mechanism for the DBSI team, providing business context to resolve queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records for all commercial and contract-related activities.

Requirements

  • CA/CA Inter/CMA 2-3 years of experience in commercial finance, business operations, or franchise management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong process adherence.
  • Strong in business partnering and collaboration.
