Job Summary:
The Franchise Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. The role involves evaluating competitive offerings, conducting lead generation and closure activities, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and evaluate high-potential business regions for franchise development.
2. Build strong networks with competitor franchisees and assess offerings by brokers and market players in the region.
3. Conduct lead generation campaigns and drive franchisee onboarding closures.
4. Drive timely business transition, account activation, and revenue generation from newly acquired franchisees.
5. Monitor and maintain franchise retention in line with organizational targets and KPIs.
6. Identify expansion opportunities within the existing network.
7. Encourage franchisees to adopt digital trading practices, reducing compliance risks and unauthorized trade complaints. Ensure franchisees operate in strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in franchise acquisition, channel sales or partner development with a strong understanding of stock broking.
2. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and manage relationships.
3. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks applicable to the stock broking industry.
