The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically representing and selling franchise opportunities across various national and regional brands. They will serve as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, identifying the best-fit franchise models tailored to their investment and business goals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling 20+ franchises during their career. They should possess exceptional consultative selling, communication, and negotiation skills, along with an entrepreneurial mindset and fluency in English and Hindi.
Additionally, they should have proficiency in regional languages (Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi) depending on the market they will cover. A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Commerce, or related fields is preferred but secondary to their sales record.
