
Business Development Executive

EDUTALIM International Education a leader in distance education is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive BDE to support our growth initiatives As a BDE you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities connecting with potential students and partners and driving enrollments in our unique programs This role is perfect for an individual eager to start or advance their career in business development within the education sector Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Identify prospective students and partners through online research cold calling and outreach activities to build a solid sales pipeline Student Engagement Engage with prospective students explain EDUTALIM s programs and guide them through the enrollment process to drive conversions Relationship Building Develop and maintain relationships with local schools community organizations and other stakeholders to expand awareness of EDUTALIM s offerings Market Research Conduct market research to understand potential student needs competitor activities and industry trends Achieving Targets Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for student enrollments and partner engagement Data Management Maintain accurate records of lead status pipeline activities and sales outcomes updating the CRM regularly Reporting Provide regular reports on lead generation activities conversion rates and other key metrics to support strategic planning Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field Experience 1-2 years of experience in sales marketing or business development preferably in the education sector Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a proactive approach Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting in-person meetings Why Join EDUTALIM Gain hands-on experience in business development within a fast-growing educational institution Opportunity for professional growth in a supportive and collaborative work environment Make a meaningful impact by helping students access educational opportunities and reach their goals Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 642 55 - 32 932 78 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
