Growth Associate

Job Title: Growth Associate

We are seeking a driven professional to spearhead business development and forge strategic partnerships across geographies.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly communicative, and focused on driving revenue growth through strategic collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and education service providers globally.
  • Develop and execute strategic partnerships with international schools, test prep providers, and university admissions teams.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, seminars, and networking events to build and grow relationships.
  • Design and implement B2B outreach strategies to engage key decision-makers in the education sector and beyond.
Counseling & Application Support:
  • Provide one-on-one counseling sessions with students/applicants to discuss university options, academic pathways, and career goals.
  • Assist students with applications, including essays, personal statements, and supplemental documents.
  • Offer guidance on standardized tests such as SAT, ACT, and APs.
  • Advise on scholarship and financial aid options, ensuring compliance with application processes.
  • Help students explore enrichment opportunities like academic competitions, summer programs, and passion projects.
School & University Outreach:
  • Build an active school network by initiating partnerships for webinars, consultations, and workshops.
  • Organize and execute on-campus and virtual events to engage students, parents, and educators.
  • Identify opportunities for guest lectures, mentorship sessions, and university fairs to enhance brand visibility.
  • Foster a deep understanding of our services and ensure schools and partners are well-informed about their value to students.
Sales & Market Expansion:
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in various regions.
  • Initiate phone and video calls with prospective clients (students, parents, and schools).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to convert partnerships into revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Track key business development metrics such as conversion rates, lead generation success, and sales performance.
  • Leverage knowledge of our counseling work to position it effectively as a key revenue driver in conversations with stakeholders.
Client & Partner Relationship Management:
  • Ensure a high-quality experience for students, parents, and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and collaboration with new partners.
  • Provide timely feedback and market insights to help refine our services.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (experience in education is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Understanding of university admissions, counseling services, and student support programs is essential.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willingsness to travel for business expansion and client meetings.
