Job Title: Senior Manager – College Partnerships

We are seeking a seasoned professional to build, manage and expand strategic partnerships with colleges, universities and educational institutions across India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential partners that align with our training and certification programs and proactively engage decision-makers to initiate discussions.
  • Develop deep relationships with principals, directors and heads of departments to strengthen collaboration and drive revenue growth.
  • Create customized partnership models to maximize value for partner institutions, including curriculum integration, joint certification programs and student career fairs.
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial terms while aligning with business objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs at partner campuses, including scheduling, resource allocation and faculty assignments.
  • Track partnership performance using KPIs such as student enrollment, program completion rates and placement outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5–10 years of experience in college/university partnership, institutional sales or academic alliances.
  • A strong network within the higher education sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • A proven ability to manage high-value relationships and deliver business targets.
