Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Leasing Coordinator to join our team at Union Living. As a Sales Associate/Telecaller - Co-living Properties, you will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling property visits, and attending on-ground B2B meetings to promote our co-living accommodations.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Utilize your strong communication skills to engage with potential clients through phone calls and emails, creating interest in our co-living offerings.
  • Property Visits: Persuade prospective clients to visit our properties, highlighting the features and benefits of living with Union.
  • B2B Meetings: Arrange and attend in-person meetings with HR departments of corporate firms to promote our accommodation solutions for employees and interns.
  • Outreach and Cold Messaging: Connect with HR professionals and decision-makers via various channels to expand our B2B network and generate new business opportunities.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Fluency in both English and Hindi is essential.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, B2B sales, or customer service roles is highly preferred.
  • B2B Relationship Building: Experience in managing B2B outreach via platforms like LinkedIn and cold emailing.
  • Self-Driven and Persuasive: Ability to handle rejection, maintain enthusiasm, and convert leads into successful deals.
  • Time Management and Organization: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple leads, visits, and meetings simultaneously.
  • CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
