Customer Success Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers achieve their desired outcomes and have a positive experience with our product.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new customers and provide them with the necessary support and resources to get started.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at our customer organizations.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collect and relay product feedback to our engineering teams to inform product roadmap decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical background a plus.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consulting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, Apollo, and Intent tools.
