
Global Customer Success Manager

A strategic leader is required to oversee a global team of Customer Success Managers. This pivotal position focuses on minimizing churn and maximizing customer value through structured processes and data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor and manage a global CSM team to ensure high performance and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures, leveraging HubSpot for reporting and analytics to standardize operations.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell strategies to expand customer accounts, working closely with Sales and Product teams.
- Monitor and analyze team performance and customer success KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven ability to lead and scale global teams of 10+ CSMs across multiple time zones.
- Revenue ownership experience with portfolios of $5M+ ARR, with a strong track record in upselling and expansion.
- Expertise in process-driven approaches and CRM tools like HubSpot to drive efficiency.
- Deep understanding of customer success in SaaS, particularly in the US and Indian markets.
