Job Title: Global Customer Success Manager

As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our global customers. Your primary goal is to ensure that customers receive tailored solutions that meet their specific needs, fostering long-term loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business requirements and providing expert guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving revenue growth and improving account profitability.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide timely resolutions to issues.
  • Utilize data analysis and critical thinking to enhance customer success strategies, drive service improvements, and measure performance.
  • Provide training and resources to customer service agents to improve their skills and performance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an international setting.
  • Strong knowledge of telecom products, including Fixed Line, Mobility, Cybersecurity, IoT, SaaS, MPN, Cloud, and Unified Communications.
  • ITIL 4 certification and deep understanding of the Service Lifecycle across Sales-Build-Delivery-Run.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with global/international customers and internal teams.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical concepts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop customer service teams.
