We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through strategic CRM initiatives.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and integration of CRM strategies.
- Launch and execute gift card programs to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Oversee the end-to-end process from design to distribution and redemption.
- Design and execute referral programs to encourage existing customers to refer new customers.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, showcasing the impact of CRM initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer relationship management, loyalty programs, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through strategic CRM initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
