Job Title: Strategic Growth Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Growth Leader to spearhead innovative strategies across marketing, product, and content-led initiatives.

The ideal candidate will drive growth through data-driven plans, enhance brand visibility, manage customer acquisition, and optimize the growth funnel to achieve ambitious business objectives.

About The Role

This is a pivotal position that requires collaboration across teams to create and execute comprehensive growth strategies. You will leverage compelling content strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy integrating marketing, content, and product-led growth initiatives.
  • Craft and implement go-to-market (GTM) plans for all business markets in collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams.
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing campaigns on sales performance using data analysis tools.
  • Analyze competitors' strategies and stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive advantage.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a growth or marketing leadership role with a proven track record of scaling businesses.
  • Expertise in Growth Hacking, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and managing the customer acquisition funnel.
  • Proficiency in Campaign Management Tools and Web Analytics Tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and drive decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
