Talent Acquisition and Development:

Drive the attraction, engagement, and retention of diverse talent for meeting the hiring requirements of different functions. Partner with the central Talent Acquisition team to execute talent acquisition strategies.

Workforce Planning:

Participate in workforce planning and budgeting exercises for the assigned domain, focusing on productivity and optimal utilization of employees.

Learning and Development:

Lead the annual learning needs identification exercise and execute capability development interventions for employees in line with business and individual needs.

Talent Management:

Talent review, identification, competency assessment, closure on feedback, and creation of individual development plans. Support in building the talent pipeline for critical positions by developing robust career and succession planning mechanisms.

Performance Management:

Drive the goal-setting and performance management process for employees. Manage the end-to-end year-end assessment cycle, including implementation of increments, promotions, and performance pay plans.

Communication and Engagement:

Drive and sustain engagement across functions through various HR programs and initiatives, such as bi-annual engagement surveys, rewards and recognition, town halls, and employee connect sessions.

Continuous Improvement:

Participate in continuous improvement projects, carry out benchmark surveys to map best HR practices and processes, and partner with senior stakeholders to implement organization-wide HR change initiatives.
