Job OverviewThis role is ideal for experienced sales professionals looking to leverage their skills in IT Software selling. The Sales Leader will be responsible for executing complete sales cycles from prospecting to closing, billing, and collections.
The ideal candidate should have 7+ years' experience in sales, with a proven track record of closing medium to large-sized solution sales. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent presentation skills, are essential for this role.

- Business Solution Selling and Consultative Selling based on software products

- Executing complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, billing, and collections
- Need identification and value proposition
- Mapping decision makers
- Lead generation from multiple sources - Enriching database Conducting customer research, Promoting industry-specific solutions (focus on BFSI and tech-driven industries)
The successful candidate will have a passion for sales and a drive to achieve results. A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required. We offer competitive compensation packages, including a salary range of ₹40-80 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
