Strategic Business Growth Manager

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and productivity within the unit. Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed unit targets, ensuring adherence to customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet unit targets and achieve revenue targets through effective sales strategies and management.
  • Ensure implementation of successful business initiatives, supervising the activity plan of Sales Managers and Agents to ensure desired standards are met.
  • Track and analyze productivity measures such as AFYP, case rate, annual mode business, persistency, paid cases per agent, YTD appointments, SM appointments, proactive agent retention, and annual FYC standards.
  • Develop plans for the growth of the agency, identifying, interviewing, and selecting new Sales Managers from the natural market and by networking.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and planning (PRP) for Sales Managers, ensuring retention through formulated development plans, meeting their training needs, and regular communication.
  • Build a leadership pipeline of future Sales Managers and Associate Partners from the unit.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree preferably with an MBA or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 6 years of experience in sales and sales management, recruitment, supervision, and development of people (for those with an MBA).
  • For graduates without an MBA, at least 7-8 years of experience in the above domain is required.
  • Local market exposure and experience in process-driven, quality sales organizations are essential.
