Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer
Job Description:
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in handling all product categories, including tops, bottoms, outerwear, formal wear, casual wear, knits, woven, denims, sportswear, and activewear. They must be able to generate and develop business worth approximately $200 million per annum in a phased manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and develop business of approximately $200 million per annum in a phased manner.
• Handle premium USA, UK, and European brands.
• Work with the in-house Design and Product Development teams to develop new collections on a regular basis.
• Travel extensively to meet buyers, make presentations, attend international fairs, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Requirements:
• 30-36 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong sourcing knowledge of fabrics, trims, accessories, costing, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Formal education in Fashion, Textiles, or related fields from premium institutes.
• Overseas work experience.
• Experience in Apparel/Clothing/Garment manufacturing companies.
