About the Role

This position is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and Develop Customer Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individual (HNI) clients through effective communication and trust-building strategies.
    • Understand clients' specific needs and financial situations by conducting thorough assessments and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Track and Supervise Sales Campaigns
    • Monitor and optimize segmented product-based campaigns to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.
    • Ensure the sales team adheres to established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Supervise and Track Service Request Calls
    • Monitor customer interactions, process customer accounts, and maintain accurate records.
    • Provide solutions and up-selling strategies to the team based on feedback from previous interactions.
    • Conduct random follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and query resolution.
    • Ensure accurate and complete information is provided using the right methods and tools.
  • Growth and Planning
    • Evaluate business or individual customers' needs and financial status to propose customized protection plans.
  • Measure of Success
    • Foster a culture of excellence by ensuring customer satisfaction scores remain above acceptable levels.
    • Ensure clients' needs and current coverage are aligned with their financial situations.
    • Monitor and optimize sales campaigns to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Essential Qualifications and Experience
    • Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
    • Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, with a focus on HNI customers.
  • Competencies
    • Strong people leadership and management skills.
    • Experience in selling multiple financial products.
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
    • Customer-centric approach.
    • Experience in sales verticals dealing with HNI customers.
