About the Role:

At Invokhr, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Senior Director of Client Relationships. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term client relationships through exceptional service and a deep understanding of the client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive client engagements to deliver high-quality service and work product.
  • Identify opportunities for new business growth and assist in generating new business.
  • Lead the day-to-day execution of transactions, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Assist in planning and marketing of client mandates, working closely with senior bankers to develop a comprehensive strategy.
  • Prepare and assist in the preparation of marketing pitches and presentations for business development.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Qualifications:

  • MBA/CA with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, M&A advisory, private equity, or transaction advisory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • A strong understanding of the Industrials sector and its landscape is highly desirable.
