Job Title: Client Partner

At Indus Net Technologies Ltd, we are seeking a seasoned Client Partner to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet revenue targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and client needs to provide informed solutions and recommendations.
  • Manage multiple client relationships, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery of results.
  • Work closely with our delivery team to understand our capabilities and offerings, ensuring clients receive the best solutions for their needs.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in managing enterprise account relationships, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Understanding of various domains, including Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Pharma, and Life Science.
  • Business studies or management background, with a focus on consultative sales and business development.
