Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP Strategic Business Director to lead our SAP S/4HANA based services. This role demands visionary leadership, strategic ingenuity, and a proactive approach to embracing challenges. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in SAP, with a proven track record of surpassing business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and solidify market dominance.
  • Product and Service Focus: Product marketing and strategy expertise would be an asset in this role.
  • SAP Pre-Sales, Solution Delivery and Program Management: Lead pre-sales efforts, deliver solutions, and manage programs depending on the candidate's experience and skills.
  • Pipeline Development: Support sales teams to nurture the sales pipeline with unwavering foresight and vision, ensuring sustained growth momentum.
  • Fearless Leadership: Embody traits of resilience, creativity, and continuous learning, commanding an executive presence while remaining grounded and aligned with our esteemed company values.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience: Significant SAP experience, leadership experience in SAP or related fields, with a proven track record of surpassing business goals.
  • Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills, critical for developing partnerships and team leadership.
  • Market Insight: Deep understanding of market trends and the ability to make strategic decisions that align with company goals.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. Estimated salary includes all expenses related to work from home, remote work environment setup, and USA shift work flexibility.
