Job Title: Senior Operations Director

We are MetaMorph, a rapidly scaling company seeking an experienced Senior Operations Director to lead our operational excellence and drive sustainable growth. About the Role:
The Senior Operations Director will be a critical member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring our HRMS solutions deliver maximum value to clients. We seek a visionary leader who can develop and implement scalable operational processes to support growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership:
  • Create and implement effective operational processes to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Oversee internal systems and workflows to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with our CEO and leadership team to define and execute our strategic vision.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, partnerships, and market expansion.
  • HR Expertise:
  • Leverage deep HR knowledge to ensure our solutions meet industry standards and client needs.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, compliance regulations, and best practices to inform product development.
  • Team Management:
  • Build and lead high-performing teams across multiple functions, including HR, operations, and customer success.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Client and Stakeholder Relations:
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Represent us at industry events, conferences, and in partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (15+ years) in HR and operations, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of HR technology, systems, and compliance.
  • Track record of scaling operations in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships and influence across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
